Age shouldn't stop you from enjoying cycling

Last weekend Lilley's Cycling coach Alison competed in the 67 miles Tour of Cambridgeshire, UK Gran Fondo world qualifying event last weekend. Alison achieved her first goal of the season winning her age group (50-54yrs) for a third time.
